ActiveOps are excited to be exhibiting and presenting at The Forum’s 2016 Customer Strategy & Planning Conference in April.

The Forum promote best practice and effective planning in customer contact operations, working in all sectors to provide strategic advice and best practice support for managers, and offering specialist training and accreditation for planning and analysis. The Forum’s Customer Strategy and Planning conference offers a range of different events to explore the topic of best practice in customer contact planning, including presentations, case studies, round-table discussions, and networking opportunities.

Keynote speakers at the event will provide inspiration and insight, and audiences will have an opportunity to learn from the method that actors use to prepare for outstanding performance and returning to key practices that underpin sporting success. On Monday 25th April, ActiveOps will be presenting at the ‘How To: Plan end-to-end processes in the back office” session with Phil Anderson, Contact Centre Specialist and Programme Lead at The Forum.
