The annual ActiveOps Capacity25 Conference is back with more energy, more passion, and more transformational insights.
On the evening of the conference, we’ll come together for the 2025 ActiveOps Awards Gala Dinner—an exclusive, invitation-only celebration of this year’s finalists and winners. All finalists will be invited, and spaces are limited.
If you haven’t already, save your seat for the conference.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a cost to enter?
No—submitting a nomination is completely free.
Who can submit a nomination?
You have to be an ActiveOps customer. Anyone with the right approvals or support from their organization can submit an entry. By doing so, you’re confirming that you’re authorized to take part and agree to the terms.
Can we enter more than one category?
Yes! You’re welcome to submit entries in as many categories as you like. Please note: to enter the MORE³ category, your organization must have been an ActiveOps customer for a minimum of three years.
How are the winners decided?
We’ve assembled a panel of industry leaders and subject-matter experts to review all nominations in each region. Entries are independently judged, and scores are combined to determine the winners. Judges’ decisions are final and not open to appeal.
How will you use our logo?
If your entry is shortlisted or wins, your logo may be featured in Awards-related communications—such as during the Capacity25 conference or at the Gala Dinner. Please make sure you have approval to share your logo for this purpose.
Can we promote our win?
Absolutely! Finalists and winners are encouraged to celebrate and share their success. Just remember to mention the award category and the year—e.g., Winner, Excellence in Operational Innovation, ActiveOps Awards 2025.
Is there a cost to attend the Awards Gala Dinner?
We’ll provide full event details to all finalists closer to the time. Each finalist will be allocated a set number of seats per nomination, and attendance is free. We do ask that at least one representative from your organization attends the Gala Dinner to help us celebrate the achievements of all finalists and winners.
