To enter MORE³, your organization must have been an ActiveOps or Enlighten customer for a minimum of three years.

Alongside our independently judged categories, ActiveOps also celebrates a set of Recognition Awards. This is our own way of shining a light on the outstanding individuals and organizations who are making a real difference.

These awards are nominated by ActiveOps account managers and the winners are selected by our leadership team. They are our chance to recognize and celebrate the people and organizations who inspire us every day.

INNOVATION AWARD

Recognizing an organization or team that has found a bold, creative or unexpected way to drive value, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with ActiveOps and Enlighten.

RISING STAR

Celebrating an organization that is newer to ActiveOps and Enlighten but already making a significant impact, showing exceptional drive, ambition and early results.

CEO AWARD

Honoring an organization whose senior leadership has championed operational excellence and decision intelligence, setting the standard from the top down.

UNSUNG HERO

For the individual who may not always be in the spotlight but without whom nothing would get delivered. They champion change from within, bring others on the journey and make the impossible possible. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a cost to enter?

No. Submitting a nomination is completely free.

Who can submit a nomination?

You need to be an ActiveOps or Enlighten customer. Anyone with the right approvals or support from their organization can submit an entry. By doing so, you’re confirming that you’re authorized to take part and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the nomination packs.

Can we enter more than one category?

Yes! You’re welcome to submit entries in as many categories as you like. Please note: to enter the MORE³ category, your organization must have been an ActiveOps or Enlighten customer for a minimum of three years.

How are the winners decided?

We’re assembling a panel of industry leaders and subject-matter experts to review all nominations in each region. Entries are independently judged, and scores are combined to determine the winners. Judges’ decisions are final and not open to appeal.

How will you use our logo?

If your entry is shortlisted or wins, your logo may be featured in Awards-related communications, such as during the Capacity26 conference or at the Gala Dinner. Please make sure you have approval to share your logo for this purpose.

Can we promote our win?

Absolutely! Finalists and winners are encouraged to celebrate and share their success. Just remember to mention the award category and the year. For example: Winner Excellence in Operations, ActiveOps Awards 2026.

Is there a cost to attend the Awards Gala Dinner?

We’ll share full event details with all finalists closer to the time. Each finalist will be allocated a set number of seats per nomination, and attendance is free. We do ask that at least one representative from your organization attends the Gala Dinner to help us celebrate the achievements of all finalists and winners.
