Managing Work@Home 2020 course from ActiveOps Academy.

With unprecedented circumstances, we recognize our customers are facing new challenges every day.

With unprecedented circumstances, we recognize our customers are facing new challenges every day. Hundreds of conversations with our Coaches, Implementation Specialists and our Relationship Managers have all indicated the need for simple, reliable and consistent methods to enable the work and workers regardless of their locations.

In response to this demand we have created and posted the Managing Work@Home 2020 course in the ActiveOps AOM Academy. The course draws upon the key concepts of our six-part business continuity planning (BCP) webinar series into a short academy course. This course is designed for operations leaders and managers who use our solutions developed in a way that anyone in operations (team members through to management) will find practical and useful.

The BCP Webinar series recordings can also be found in the Academy including:

Transition to Home Working

  • Daily Planner in Period Control
  • Scenario Planning
  • Effective Virtual Communication - Buzz, Loading and Variance
  • Covid-19 Pulse Check and Customer Insights
  • Business Critical Planning

All AOM Academy members can access the course and webinar recordings with their existing login credentials. Non-academy members can view the webinar recordings by joining the ActiveOps BCP Community Group on LinkedIn.

We continue to be amazed at the resiliency our customers are showing in the effort to continue to support their customer's needs. Whether they are banks, insurance companies or BPOs, we witness first-hand the coordination, planning and challenges facing service operations. With this in mind ActiveOps continues to strive to provide information and education that will help our customers across a broad spectrum of roles, responsibilities and expectations. While maybe small in some of the herculean efforts of your teams, we want to make sure you have access to these resources.

Please contact your ActiveOps Relationship Managers if you have any questions.
