The promoter of this free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is ActiveOps PLC, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 03125867 with registered office at One Valpy, 20 Valpy Street, Reading, RG1 1AR (“ActiveOps”).
- Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom and who enter on behalf of a business or in the context of their professional capacity. Employees of ActiveOps, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. - How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the designated entry form, including their first name, last name, company name, and business email address at https://www.activeops.com/gb7/lloyds7s/. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary. - Entry Period
The Prize Draw will open at 09:00 (BST) on 1 May 2025 and close at 17:00 (BST) on 23 May 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted. - Prizes
There are three (3) prizes available. Each prize is one (1) signed GB7’s rugby shirt. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. ActiveOps reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it. - Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted by ActiveOps within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified via the telephone number and email address provided within 14 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, ActiveOps reserves the right to select an alternative winner. - Winner Obligation
As a condition of accepting the prize, winners agree to publish a short post on LinkedIn within 14 days of receiving their prize, tagging ActiveOps and referencing the prize. ActiveOps may also publicly announce winners’ names and companies on its marketing channels. - Marketing Consent
By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to receive marketing communications from ActiveOps, including promotional emails and updates. Participants may opt out of such communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email received. - Data Protection
Personal data provided as part of this Prize Draw will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the ActiveOps Privacy Policy (available at https://activeops.com/privacy-notice/). Data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and sending future marketing communications as per the consent above. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ActiveOps will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance of a prize, except where caused by negligence. - General
ActiveOps reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
