Competition Organiser

The competition is organised by ActiveOps plc, registered in England and Wales under company number 03125867, with registered office at One Valpy, 20 Valpy Street, Reading, RG1 1AR.

Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of ActiveOps may participate in a separate internal category.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter

  • Complete the quiz on our campaign landing page and submit your email address.
  • Download the colouring sheet, colour it, and post your entry on LinkedIn using the hashtag #glitteryunicorn.
  • Only entries posted on LinkedIn with the hashtag will be considered.
  • Each person may only submit one entry.

Opening and Closing Dates

  • The competition opens on [Start Date] and closes at 23:59 GMT on [End Date].
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Selection and Notification of Winners

  • One external winner and one internal winner (ActiveOps employee) will be selected based on creativity and originality, as judged solely at the discretion of ActiveOps.
  • All decisions regarding the selection of winners are final and made in ActiveOps’ sole judgment.
  • Winners will be contacted via LinkedIn or email by [Notification Date].
  • Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance and provide a postal address for prize delivery.

Prize

  • Each winner will receive a prize worth up to £30.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
  • ActiveOps reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
  • Prizes are awarded based on ActiveOps’ independent judgment and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

General

  • We reserve the right to exclude any entry that contains content which is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights, at our sole discretion.
  • All aspects of the competition, including entry selection and prize allocation, are subject to ActiveOps’ sole discretion and judgment.
  • Our decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Delivery

  • Physical prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s provided address within 30 days of confirmation.
  • Addresses will only be used for delivery purposes and deleted after the prize is sent.

Data Protection

  • We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We will collect and process personal data only for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize.
