OEE Consulting named primary implementation partner for ActiveOps back office workforce optimization solution.

OEE Consulting has formalised its relationship with back office workforce optimisation software provider ActiveOps, forging an agreement to become the primary implementation partner for its Workware solution in the UK.

Workware is the most successful workforce optimisation application for back office and shared service environments.  It quantifies work and time, manages capacity, and measures productivity for both people and robots. By enabling capacity to be optimised, the solution reduces costs and improves service delivery across diverse and complex back office operations.

Mark Palmer, Managing Director, OEE Consulting says of the agreement:

“There is a natural fit between our two organisations, in the way we think and the clients we serve. By combining our proven expertise in service operations with the leading SaaS solution in this area, both of us can deliver additional value for our clients.”

Building on an existing relationship between the two organisations, this strategic alliance sees a number of the OEE Consulting team become accredited in the implementation of the Workware solution.

Richard Jeffery, CEO, ActiveOps commented:

“Implementing Workware enables our customers to adopt a more agile and consistent management approach in back office operations. Our solution helps to manage this change through coaching and training from experienced operations professionals. We believe that OEE Consulting’s market leading operations consulting capabilities will be a significant enabler of success for our customers.”

The two organisations are already working together in several different sectors – with ongoing partnership projects taking place at a number of service organisations including Atos and Mercer.
