With a background across a variety of industries, corporate and startups, Nina is passionate about leading, developing and inspiring diverse teams to experiment and deliver valued solutions to drive optimised processes, products and digital outcomes. 

Starting her career as a Mechanical engineer, she has always been focused on designing simple solutions that are valued by customers. Nina has significant experience in delivery, working from C-level to functional management teams to ensure successful and sustained integration of customer centric transformation.

Andrew Burgess

Andrew has worked as an advisor to C-level executives in Technology and Sourcing for the past 20 years. He is considered a thought-leader and practitioner in Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences on the subject. 

He is a strategic advisor to a number of ambitious companies in the field of disruptive technologies. He has written two books; ‘The Executive Guide to Artificial Intelligence (Palgrave MacMillan, 2018) and, with the London School of Economics, ‘The Rise of Legal Services Outsourcing’ (Bloomsbury, 2014).

He was recently awarded ‘Automation Champion of the Year’ by the Global Sourcing Association. He is a prolific writer on the ‘future of work’ both in his popular weekly newsletter and in industry magazines and blogs.

Mark Palmer

Managing Director at OEE Consulting

Mark Palmer is the MD of OEE Consulting, a specialist in customer journey design and operations transformation.

Mark started his career in France working for Valeo in production management. He established a successful business improvement academy in Paris and ran a UK Division before he became the global management development director.

Mark joined OEE in 2001 and became MD in 2008. He has turned the firm into a mid-tier player - it has quintupled in size - today working with some of the UK’s best known organisations. 

Mark has a degree in French and an MBA from Cardiff Business School.
