New York 20th May 2019. After a period of impressive sales growth and major contract wins, ActiveOps, the global leader in digital operations management, is expanding its presence across the US with the opening of a new office in Charlotte, Carolina. To further support this expansion, the company is also relocating to a larger office in New York.
The last two years have already seen fantastic results for ActiveOps, with year-over-year sales growth in excess of 100 per cent in North America. This commercial success is reinforced by two further high-profile new contract wins secured in the first quarter of the year, at a major Canadian bank and a leading US healthcare administration provider.
Julian Harper, CEO for North America at ActiveOps, commented on the new offices and recent success: “We are thrilled at the new and existing customer take-up of our Workware software solution in North America. The new office in Charlotte and the bigger more flexible space in New York will be key to ensure we continue to deliver our customers the highest level of service as we expand our regional team in Customer Success, Customer Support and Delivery as well as Sales and Marketing.
He continued: “Operations leaders are wrestling with the constant pressure for greater efficiency, now combined with the drive for digital transformation. Getting operational control, so that next generation technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can be exploited, whilst simultaneously tapping the latent operational capacity they have today, is the challenge. This is what we do – our software brings significant, rapid productivity improvements plus visibility and control, so that operational transformation lands safely.
“Businesses around the world are now realising the huge operational benefits, cost savings and return on investment that can be derived from deploying ActiveOps, demonstrated by the steady flow of new business and sales growth we are experiencing. These new offices will support delivery success to our growing North America customer base as part of our global growth story.”
