We are currently recruiting for the following roles: 

Implementation Consultant

Reporting to: Relationship and Delivery Manager

The Implementation Consultant role will involve:

  • Home based (along the Eastern Seaboard from South Carolina to Maine and from midwestern Sates including Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana), the Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of high-quality implementation projects and ensuring lifecycle success for our clients. The Implementation Consultant will have the responsibility for applying best practices project, communication, and implementation strategies throughout the entire lifecycle of the project including new client onboarding and training.
  • You will be expected to travel on a regular basis to our client’s locations in the US with the potential for some overseas travel.

Office Administrator

Reporting to: Managing Director

The Office Administrator role will involve

  • Arranging and organising events and conferences and ordering catering
  • Setting up conference calls, arranging and maintaining executive calendars and meeting agendas
  • Arranging travel, hotels and visas
  • Dealing with emails and ad-hoc requests
  • Liaising with building management
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and orders
  • Maintaining and running of the office eg. Supplies of stationery, equipment etc.
