Our Delivery team is looking to add an experienced Delivery Manager.  As a Delivery Manager, you will implement ActiveOps products and services to support achievement of client objectives.  The Delivery Manager is focused on training and coaching client managers to ensure best practice adoption of the process and tools and working with senior client stakeholders in achievement of top quartile results and realisation of benefits.   Responsible also for development of high quality sustainment plans ensuring the client is set up for long- term success.   The Client Delivery Manager is evaluated on achievement of implementation success criteria and client satisfaction.

Enterprise Account Director

Office: Central Reading

  • Day-to-day responsibility for specific existing business and new sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan to meet overall company sales targets and business goals
  • Develop strong senior relationships within existing customers
  • Though strong relationships proactively seek new sales opportunities within existing customers
  • Respond to new sales opportunities (from existing contacts or warm marketing generated sales leads)
  • Effectively execute and manage the sales process per individual sales opportunity
  • Own sales opportunities from initial introduction to close – acting as liaison during handover to Client Services
  • Continue post-sale to act as advisor to senior stakeholders to build trust, visible value and long-term relationships
  • Manage the sales cycle for accurate and timely pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the sales team and other internal stakeholders

Technical Business Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst is a member of the Product team working closely with the Development team. You will be required to interact with remote teams in different locations around the world.
